CITB - Accredited Training

Certificates 1 + 2 in Construction

The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) are a long-standing client and we have carried out numerous instructional design projects for them over two decades, including: 

Creation of  the original Doorways2 Construction program (Certificate 1 In Construction), inclusive of program methodology, 11 x Learner Guides, assessment materials, mapping, supporting documents for RTOs and a quality assurance framework. 

Still going strong after 20 years!

Workshops - Design & Delivery

Redland City Council - Graduate Program

A series of highly interactive workshops designed to support and empower the interns at Council.

Queensland Police Academy - Instructional Design Master Class

Master class for senior police training personnel enabling them to redevelop internal programs.

QLD Public Service Commission - Leadership program 

Redevelopment of the PSCs flagship front-line leadership course.

Future SACE Office - eLearning

We designed and developed resources to support secondary school teachers to use an ePortfolio software package in their teaching practices. We also delivered 'Train the Trainer' workshops to over 200 teachers. 

Resources created included: eLearning ‘tours’, end user training manuals for teachers and system administrators, Quick Reference Guides for end user teachers, ‘Get Started’ Guides for students, curriculum resources (examples of how to use the software in a classroom) and train the trainer resources.

Dubai Ports World - Blended Solution 1

The P&O Ports project designed and developed a global proprietary software system capable of running all aspects of a container-shipping terminal. 

KSC created 73 courses and their assessments covering approximately 40 different job roles. 

Courses were designed for computer based, instructor led delivery whilst assessments were self-paced e-learning modules. Work was carried out in India, Dubai and Australia. 

Westpac Group - Blended Solution 2

The Phoenix project was a large scale project to bring in-house the internal IT Help Desks of the Westpac Group (Westpac, Bank SA and St George Bank). 

We were responsible for the development a suite of training manuals for the Service Desk Agents which incorporated technical training as well as new business processes. 

We also designed and delivered the People Leaders’ training program.
